Mend Samsung SR-L629EV Refrigerator Cooling

samsung cool n cool model sr-l-629ev?

noticed the freezer was defrosting although temp said -22 and fridge 1. switched off and on temp them showed 0 and 9 . both fridge and freezer started to cool ok. but noticed later temp was -22 and 1. a little suspect as it didnt appear to be that cold. Switch off and on. temp showed freezer at -4 and fridge at 3. appeared to work for a while. tried it againa nd strtign to cool. but something not quite right
