hi i own a renault cabriolet 2.0 2001 on occasions either first time starting or mainly now and again when it has been used short or long journeys the car wont start. i lock it back up leave it 10 mins sometimes that works sometimes it takes a lot longer. any ideas anyon
Hi Tina, the most common problem for renaults intermittant starting is the crankshaft sensor, it is renaults best selling spare part!! its mounted on the joint between the engine and gearbox on the top only held in with two bolts and a plug around £25 from eurocarparts much more from the main stealership!!
