how to fix my hotpoint mistral fridge?

Defrost it and then fit new temp sensors in the freezer they are behind the panel at the back of freezer once done run for 1 day and all should be well agin

I am having the same problem my fridge is +19 but the freezer is okay. Looking at these types of websites it appears to be a common problem. I have just taken the grill off the front below the freezer to find that it was full of thick dust. I have given it a good vacuum and am waiting to see if this solves the problem. If not I may have to take the panels off at the back of the freezer to see if it is iced up (possibly as a result of the dust). Once I have checked this out I will update you. Failing that it may mean a new thermostat!
