It depends where the leak is coming from. Skylight? window seals? They tend to leak along the front of the gutter, around the windscreen and over the door tops. You need to clean all edges and apply mastic or replace door rubber seals. If you suspect its coming in from around the windscreen you need to take the screen out, make good any rotting metal around the screen and replace it.
