There is another potential solution to this problem - but i am limited in helping. I called out an engineer who showed me that the filters get clogged up and water accumulates. He showed me that by using something like a plastic tie, you can clear any blockage - but I cannot remember where around the back of the appliance this is. I will add when I remember/find out.

we found this was related to having left damp clothes inside - once it dried out then this problem stopped - don't leave clothes that are damp inside and this doen't happen

Hi. I had the same problem with my dryer. Check the ampage on your fuse box as the amp level may be quite low.
