Bosch Classixx 1200 Express?

i cannot open the valve on the front of my washing- machine to drain the cylinder which is blocked . The knob will turns a small amount. When i try to turn it further is will not turn with the top of the crew breaking with the pressure

mine is thre same but think it needs a new pump for it

make sure that the pump is not blocked as if cant drain wont go into spin
