Mend Mira Sport Shower Electrician Water

how can i fix my mira sport shower?

my mira sport shower has stopped working. When I pull the power chord the light comes on and when i press start on the shower the light comes on there too but no water comes out and it does,nt make any noise. Please can you help or should i phone an electrician or a plumber???????

oh by the way if it is pumped shower cos i noticed u said there was no noise then u need a new shower cos the pump has gone.

on the shower turn the control knob directly to cold and then switch on the shower cold water should come out, if it is a pumped shower then u have an air lock, if its mains cold then ur filter is blocked but you could have damaged the heating element by testing the shower on hot setting with no water coming out.
