How can I get for Hotpoint?

I have been given a Hotpoint Model FFA74 fridge freezer and would like to download instructions for use. Can you help me please

i have a hotpoint fridge/freezer ffp187b it is 14 months old it has stopped working but the light in the fridge section still comes on, it doesnt make the noise it used to and my food as all defrosted, can anyone tell me what could be wrong?

and as you can see its says £3 and yes I was confussed as well. What I will do is Phone them again next week and ask again and see what they say this time ????

Mr Tee,

Error codes for the two stated are:-

E15 - Water is not being pumped out and a flood condition could occur. Check that the drainage hose is raised to the recommended minimum height and that the pipe is not blocked.

E30/31 - A motor drive problem has occurred. Try running the programme again. If the problem persists book a service engineer.

(NOTE- Although it sounds strange, check that the heating element isn't damaged. I've had personnal experience where the element case had been slightly marked/worn by the drum which resulted in a low insulation test. This was enough to make the washing machine throw up the E15 error code and a new heating element).

Hi Mike I have just phoned Hotpoint who have just informed me that a Manual for my Machine WM72 will cost £15 plus £5 for the postage.

Hi Mike I have tryed the Hotpoint Web Site but my Model WM72 is not there, on trying out the Machine it say's in the small window E30 and E15 and thats why I am trying to get a Manual so can know what it all means.
