Mend Zanussi TC450 Cold Air Day

my zanussi TC450 is blowing cold air?

this tumble dryer is 15 years old and used once a day for six months of year. It has just started blowing cold air and releases water from the base (not into catch tray) - I have cleaned all the filters but to no avail.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong/ how easy to fix or is it worth repairing at all?
