how can I fix my servis M6012w washing machine?

I have a Servis M6012W just over 12months old and its been working fine, then gone to use it and it won't work. There is power getting through as the lights are coming on, yet it won't do anything. There are 4 buttons on the front and 3 of them are lighting/unlighting when pressed but the one you have to press to operate the machine isn't coming on, its the button which flashes on/off when cycle is finished.
