Pipe clips usually help. We have a similar problem in our house, especially when the dish washer is on but bein a plumber, i can't be bothered with it. if you want to get technical, you could fit a pressure reducing valve off you incoming mains (turning the stop tap down doesn't not reduce pressure, its just reduces flow) but i'd go with clippin and maybe laggin some pipework, also check your ballvalves in your attic.
