Mend Vaillant Turbomax Plus 824-828 E Heating Control

How do I set the Progammer for Heating and Hot Water?

I would like to set the hot water to come on constantly 7 days per week and then I would like to set the heating to come on twice a day over the 7 day period. How do I do this for a Vaillant Turbomax Plus 824-828 E?

the timer on your boiler is only for the central heating, the hot water should be constant anyway
