Mend Ravenheat LS100 Boiler Fault

LS100 BOILER?

My Ravenheat LS100 boiler will not light, 3 heating engineers have given up trying to find the fault. I have replaced the spark electrode and cable.
Ravenheat will not help me without being corgi registered and all the engineers are not prepared to be left on hold by Ravenheat.

couple differences on these boilers with serial no's. you've replaced the electrode, you say it will not light but does it spark or not?
if not they have an ignition control board and fuse.
if it sparks, i would say gas valve problem??????????
