changing ur breaks on astra mk4?

remove wheels. and then drums and little bolt using a posidrive screwdriver and BIG hammer. bash the drums off and you will see the shoes. 2 little pins on each shoe hold them onto the backing plate. get pliers and clamp them onto the plate just before the spring and push and turn (hold the pin from the back) unhook the handbrake cable and shoes will pull off. make sure you remember what and where the springs go before you take them off and voila u have your shoes off. repeat in reverse order to put them back on.
