The air flow meter is attached to the air filter housing on the n/s of the engine bay.

Neil, your engine does'nt have an airflow meter it uses a MAP sensor this is mounted on the left hand end of the inlet manifold, the ecu calculates the airflow by useing the throttle position and the MAP (manifold absolute pressure)
