Mend Skoda Octavia A4 Classic Door Lock

Door lock on skoda octavia A4 classic?

I only had the drivers door unlocked and was picking someone up.As i pressed the unlock button from inside car they pulled on the door handle from outside.I cannot now open passenger door, central locking moves button up and down but dor handles wont operate?

No joy in opening door, need to know how I can open door to remove the lock as the lever for the lock has jumped over the door release

When I pull handle to open door, the lock button moves to the lock position and rear door does not open

sounds like the cable has snapped that operates the latch. this is very common on octavia. they cost around £7 from dealer. i have had 2 of mine break
