Mend Glow-worm Sabre 28 Central Heating Combi Boiler Hot Water

Have a sabre 28 combi boiler cannot get hot water???

Sabre 28 combi supplies hot water to my radiators for central heating but I cannot get hot water to domestic supply ie taps in bathroom and kitchen. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Cheers!

the filter will be blocked on the pipe as it enters the heat exchanger follow the pipe from the hot water flow switch this is where the filter is
