removing door panel reanult megane 53 plate 5 door?

Yes that's right BUT the plastic clips are moulded onto the door liner so you have to get a flat headed screwdriver between the panel and the steel door then hit upwards with your hand at the bottom of the panel you have to give it some wellie !! good luck if you try and force it thinking they are the 'old' type male / female then you will snap them

on the pull handle there will be a plastic cover remove it with a flat head screw driver there will be 2 screws.also on the release handle there will be a small round cover remove that to get to another screw.then starting from the bottom corner pull the pannel out it will be tight there are about 10 poppers holding it in place.
