How can I tell if my circuit breaker on the Proform 770 ekg has gone bad?

When I push the reset button in, it won't remain in.

Unplug your treadmill. Push in the circuit breaker if it stay's in it may be good.
Now plug in the power. If it trips right away, you probably
have a bad lower board.
There are some other electrical test's you could do but you need to be very mechanical and able to test with a volt meter.
