Fixing my Bosch WFR2860 washing machine?

Machine not taking fabric conditioner from dispenser, the drawer is always full of water, I have cleaned and checked the drawer and checked the syphon action which works normally.

Blockage in the dispenser pipe? The dispenser itself can be separated - generally held together with plastic clips. Clean out any crud or hardened detergent.
