where can I order people lounger repair parts?

I have a People lounger relciner/rocker model# c303-836
one of the ball bearing packs broke and I need to replace it, it is part of the rocking mechanism and the chair makes a horrible squeek with it missing and its wearing on the bolt that it goes around, any idea where I can find such a part? I have searched online and have found nothing. Thank you

What I have found out from Talking to Rooms TO GO is that Peopleloungers is not longer in business. They apparently went bankrupt.... Nice to know I have a 3 year old sectional with a trashed recliner....

We have two swivel, rocker, recliners that are dated 1994, we Love them. They are in great shape except one keeps snapping the cable line. Is there a place that sells the cable line or repairs them? We are located in Monroe, North Carolina.
