How can I fix my rear wiper?

How can I fix my rear wiper?
I recently brought a 1993 DODGE CARAVAN ,but the rear wiper won,t work.
The wiper does not move.
Tried switch but nothing
Fuse OK
Any ideas?
How can I test if its the motor gone?
