Loss of power, 1.9 tdi, no smoke, no hissing, idle is fine, fuel cossumption slightly higher then usual but drives with loss of power asif turbo is not there?

ive had that very same thing with a galaxy & a mondeo that came into the garage.see if can hear a hissing sound under the bonnet.i bet theres a vacume pipe come off or split.check the pipes even if u dont here hissing
