Screen washers not working on 2003 citroen picasso?

The front and rear screen washers are not working on 2003 citroen picasso. Of what i can make of the manual the windscreen washers and the screen washer share the same fuse however the windscreen washers are working fine. The pump is not making a noise and this all happend just after a period of -1 and 2 wether. My wife is off the understnading if the washers dont work and its - 2 just keep trying them and they will fix themselves! I think she has burnt out the pump but i have no idea where it is or how to test this prior to replacing!

And ideas???

To fix the washer it is Fuse 14 in the engine compartment fuse box. This is a 10amp narrow fuse. Just had to replace mine after the recent cold weather.

its a small red mini blade fuse 10A in the fuse box located on the right of the engine for the washer pump. this pump fuse separate from the windscreen wipers.you will have check the manual for which one to replace etc.

I had a problem with the screen wash pump on my fiat coupe, the water was only trickling out of the front jets. This can be easily sorted by removing the pump from the bottle( just pulls out & remember to empty bottle first !) and the rubber seal/filter that the pump fits into and give them a good clean as slime and gunk from old screenwash etc builds up over the years !. once clean put back together and should be sorted !.

look under the bonnet for the filler (no bottle there) it WILL BE HIDDEN be located under the wheel arch on the side that the filler is located remove road wheel and innerwing splash guard find the pump will be located in the bottom of the washer bottle remove the 2 wires attach a test light/volt meter to the wires operate the washer switch if light lights the pump if faulty/seized no light wiring fault or fuse
