can't light pilot light?

my wosceter cdi 280 won't light up. when it tries the water tap sign flashes, and locks out the flame. please help.

On most of the cdi models the water tap flashing (fast - five times per sec) means there is an air flow fault.

This can be a couple of things,
1- Fan jammed or burned out
2- Air flow switch not operating
3- Air venturi blocked or damaged
4- Flue blocked or obstructed

Time for your service engineer to be honest.
