my sony ericsson w800?

Ican only think to manually update the software and bootloader to completley reset the mobile to an unbranded state, i have the software to do this , if you want me to do this you need to be aware you will lose all personal information on your mobile like phone book and photos etc so you should back them up before its done. If you want it doing, i'll do it for a fiver to cover postage and padded envelope (thats special delivery)

Thanks for the help i tried what you said and on the update service it says that the software in my phone is up to date any more ideas???? thanks

Hi, if when you try to take a picture, the screen displays what the camera is looking at to start with but only returns to the main menu when you actually press the button to take a picture then that is a software problem, if you goto the sony erricson website and download 2 pieces of software, 1, the application suite for your mobile, followed by 2, the sony ericson update software, you can get these from www.sonyericsson.com , once downloaded install the application suite and then plug in your mobile to you pc using the usb lead for your phone, once the pc has setup your phone , unplug the phone and then install the update software then follow the on screen instructions!
