How do I turn on my DSC Power 832 alarm system?

first thing to do is to install both leads to the battery then power the ac this is very important to do in this manner. the key pad will beep because it wants the time reset, *6 and the master alarm code which if new is 1234 if not good luck! then press 1, enter in military time the time of day and press the # key and the system should be normal.

I have the same issue as the 1st man. My key pad is dead. I just replaced the battery. How can I turn on my alarm?
