Aqualisa Aquastream power shower?

I have recently had fitted an Aqualisa Aquastream Power Shower and on occations find that half way through a shower the hot water stops and the shower maks a terrible noise. The water in the storage tank is hot and this morning by reducing the hot water using the knob on the front I was able to reintroduce the hot water. Is this a known problem?

By reducing the flow we have resolved the issue. Because of a limit amount of space in the loft a "coffin" water tank has been fitted and therefore they may be issues related to that. The company that fitted it are checking on it.

sounds like you are running the header tank in loft dry.
what size is the header tank in litres.
by reducing the shower flow your giving the tank time to re fill.
who ever fitted the shower should of checked this.
