i think i have understood from the Q&A about fixing the pressure valve..as i think the grommit is knackered as cold water flows from the another pipe and no hot water is coming out the shower head. i am a novice doing this kind of thing and have gone to triniton website to seek out a replacement gommit and without expert knowledge and no reference to an image of replacing such an component or no reference known as a grommit..i am not sure. i have referred to the diagram of the inside compoments of the shower model and the closet match to a gromit is called the pressure relief device. is this the so called gromit required...it costs £8.63....have i found the right component?....please help..
if it's comming out the other pipe and not showerhead yes your prd has activated.
but you must find why first or you'll blow the new one.
most common reason is blocked showerhead or twisted hose.
