never receive the disk or manual;how can i fix my lexmarkx6570?
When i receive the box i never had the manual or disk so I called lexmark support for help and i was tolded to go to www.lexmark.com to down load the installation for my lexmark which i asked would they still mail the manual and disk to me; so how can i fix my lexmark x6570 please? I really can't make it work for me.
contacted the 1-800 number and was tolded that they would send me the manual and disk however i was also tolded that i could go to www.lexmark .com to download the disk so I'm still waiting how to download
