I recently had the f-02 fault show on the display. i decided to take a look and clean out all the pipes.I was very pleased as i lost the f-02 message but alas i now have the F-12 message and all that the macine does now is fill up with water and make a humming noise, Is the fault the pcb or the motor. I dont know where to start first. Please advise.
mine comes up with the same F-02 msg, it runs fine but the screen turns on itself over night and comes up with that msg

f 02 is an indication of a motor fault so cleaning the pipes wouldnt help. If motor is an induction type its a faulty start capacitor or relay.

check to make sure both hot and cold tap are turned on first ,sound like its still trying to take in more water
