help me, how do you remove the cover, ideal classic boiler ff250?

CAN YOU HELP ME
how do you get the cover off so i can get to look inside the ideal classsic ff250

there are 2 screws on the top and 2 inside the drop down cover at the bottom.IT might need abit of a pull to get it off as it has a seal round it.
