HOW CAN I UNLOCK FAN OVEN CREDA CONCEPT C361E?

KIDS HAVE BEEN PRESSING BUTTONS ON COOKER A KEY SYMBOL APPEARED AND NOW I CANT UNLOCK IT, RANDOM BUTTON PRESSING IS JUST NOT DOING IT.HELP!!! PLEASE
