my worcester 24cdi boiler isnt working, no ch or hw, when i turn it on i hear the fan and then the ignition clicks but it does not light then the red light starts flashing. any ideas?

if you can hear the ignition clicking and then boiler locks out on red light probable cause gas control valve sticking ,not letting gas through ,I an afraid new valve required
