I want to chane my toilet pan but this will rewuire that I extend the waste pipe, which is cast iron. Can new plastic waste be connected to the old cast iron one
Yes you can extend from your cast iron soil pipe with plastic,take a visit down to the local plumbers merchants and you will find what you need ,they even do flexible soil pipe adaptors now for easy fitting on pan only thing to look out for is make sure existing cast iron outlet not higher than new pan outlet ,if so you may have to raise pan slightly
