Rotel RCD 951 Transport Eject Sticking?

Press eject & the CD comes out sometimes then next time it wont eject. You can hear the motor trying to eject it but it wont move. Give the thing a tap as you press the button and it usually opens. Have had the lid off and can see no problems and with the lid off it seams to work every time. Cant take it into a shop as I live in Turkey and wouldnt trust them to know what Rotel was so fix it?
