my dishwasher is leaking while going through its programme when I open the door to check the water is about 2'' deep inside so I assume Its not draining, have checked the outlet pipe and its not blocked can you please help
Take the back off and locate the small sump at the bottom. In this is a small black flap which opens when you drain. If like mine, a small broken cocktail stick got down there, it will stop the flap from opening. Always make sure plates etc don`t have things stuck to them when you put inside the washer!
