HOW DO I REPLAE MY THERMOSTAT?

I NEED TO LOCATE THE THERMOSTAT IN MY CAR..I HAVE A 1996 OLDS CUTLASS SUP. 3100 ENG. AND I AM NOT SURE WHERE TO FIND IT.
