Indesit dl 620 stuck on cycle error code light 1 flashing?

Indesit dl 620 stuck on cycle error code light 1 flashing i put it on this morning and noticed it was taking longer than usual typical this was a replacment machine for the first one which packed in after 1st day of use anyway its now out of gaurantee so if anyone can advise i checked that its emptying no problems as the water is getting pumped through and emptied out thing is it sounds as though it is stuck on the pumping part of the cycle and not getting any further i have switched off at the mains and restarted after a while and have also tried cancelling the program but as soon as it is switched on it just goes straight into this part of the cycle and the light on cycle 1 is flashing quickly please help i seem to be having the worst luck with my appliances latley and can not afford to call somebody out can anyone tell me what this error code means
