I have one of these, and had a similar problem. I took out the brew unit, removed the metal disc filters (they become blocked with tiny little stones from the beans). Pop the blocked holes with a fine pin and clean the discs before replacing in the brew unit.
Run a Cleaning cycle (tablet in the ground coffee dispenser making sure ot actually goes in the brew unit because it can slip out and go it to the dregs drawer) as per the manual. Do this a couple of times, maybe 3. There should be loads of coffee gunk expelled. The more you get out, the cleaner it will be. When this is finished, run a decalcify cycle (decalcifier in the water reservoir, open the nozzle into a bucket or such like). if you have good quality descaler it should only need doing once.
Last of all, run another load of fresh water through, run another cleaning cycle, then it should be flushed. Make a coffee and discard, make another one it should be OK
