Is there a bonding agent that I can use to repair a snowblower pipe?

I have a Torro snowblower and the pipe that is welded to the piece in the back broke off. Is there a bonding agent that would do the trick to repair it?

Try JB Weld glue, and follow the instructions.The best i've found.
