Replace front fog lamp bulb .Renault Laguna 1998?

hi can anybody tell me how to get bulb out off a front fog light have splash panel off

I need to replace one of the front fog lamps on a Renault Laguna 2000?

Can you please tell me how to go about replacing the whole front fog lamp unit. On the handbook it says to get the Renault dealer to do the job; is this necessary or can I do it myself?

you have to take down the underside splash panel to get access to the fog lamps not so difficult
