How do I fit a gearbox in a vauxhall frontera 2.5 TDS 1997 model?

Hi it,s a big heavy job.
You,ll need to jack the car up at the front,put it on axle stands.
Undo front and rear propshafts and remove them,mark them first before removing otherwise you,ll get a prop wobble when refitted.
Remove the exhaust downpipe.
Unplug all the cable,s and wires from the gearbox.
Remove the centre console inside the car and undo the gearlever,s.
Support the gearbox with a jack,remove the cross member,then undo all the bell housing bolts and the box is ready to come out.
Please be carefull as these are a big and heavy gearbox.
When i first started doing gearbox,s at 16 i broke my wrist in 4 places doing one of these.
