UPVC door won't open?

How can I open this locked UPVC door which worked fine until yesterday? It is now locked but when unlocking the key turns once and the top of the door unbolts & moves but the bottom still feels bolted & won't move. Handle seems to move OK but it is as if the bottom bolt(s) are still engaged. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you. Paul.

2 things to do, 1st is the door leaf level and can you tell me what type of hinge you have, either a pencil or a flag hinge it could be that your door has dropped (not been fitted properly) or the mech inside has broken
