NH TM 175 tractor?

the diagnostic trouble code T8C comes up plus PTO FLASHING.plus tractor has NO POWER REACHES max REVS 1700. Very weak torque below 1500 RPM. intermittent heavy smoking.

Can anyone help us diagnose problem nearest Dealer 1600 kilometers from farm.
