My TOM TOM ONE won't turn on at all, i have tried charging it with no joy. It appears completly dead and wont respond to anything and there is no green light showing

On the back of the unit is a small rubber grommet . Remove this , and underneath is a small master reset button . To press this you will need something really thin ( I have used a paperclip unfolded ) . This takes the unit back to the factory settings and unless the internal speaker is bust it should solve your problem .
