hotpoint fridge freezer?

is it a frost free jobby??
if it is. you've got ice build up in the freezer behind behind the rear plate in the freezer area.(ice blocage restricting air flow)
Turn it off.
Allow it to defrost for 24 hours with doors open.
You won't see much water as it all collects internally.
Re-start.
To stop it happening again......
Cover ALL liquids and open/fresh food.
Dont keep doors open for long periods of time.
Check doors seal ok.
If you've not gotta frost free appliance, sorry!!!.
