I have a toshiba plasma fridge freezer, that does not cool at all.The compressor runs, the lights are one the fans runs, and it sound like there is water in the pipes( I assume that meens it has gas) and the thermostats are turned to cold? Please help it is less than a year old
i had a similar problem with a different make, we kept it in a porch that was unheated, and apparently they need heat to convert to cold. when i checked the manual i found it had a booster switch, which helped a lot, however we decided to move it into the back kitchen, everything is now fine.

have you checked that the drainage hole inside your fridge is clean & clear from any food/containers.i had this problem with my Boch & thats what was the matter with mine. now works perfectly. do you not have your 'how to use manual' for the fridge-this will have a trouble shooting page-usually at the back of manual.if you have lost your manual contact the customer service dept.of your fridge maker & they will send you another manual.
