DIPLOMAT ADP 8221 E3 ERROR?

DIPLOMAT ADP 8221 E3 ERROR - Does not heat water error. Is this likely to be the thermostat or something else please advise

I have had that on a few occasions. I found it to be a small switch on the underside of the washer. Remove the aluminium cover at the botoom and look for a small round trip switch on the left (when looking at it from the front). If it has tripped you will feel it click when you push it in.
