Mend Indesit IDL500 Dishwasher Tablets Cleaning

the wash tablets are not disolving?

my indesit idl500 has developed a problem where the cycle runs in full, but the dish washer tablet does not dissolve and the dishes are not clean. Any anwers?

Hi, My Indesit IDL500 appears is spraying water around but it doesnt get hot and seems to take forever to complete a cycle..any ideas greatfully received

Presumably the dispenser door is open, and the machine appears to be taking water in? If so, check the filters and also the spray arms for any debris - its the spray from the arms that actually washes the tablet out of the dispenser so there may be a problem here.
